unofficial, experimental BUFVC Audiovisual Citation Generator

The BUFVC Audiovisual Citation Guidelines explain how to reference five different categories of audiovisual items: film, television, radio, other audio and new media.

The rules are quite clear, but not trivial to apply, so perhaps some kind of online citation tool could help some authors.

Here is an attempt to write a citation generator in HTML5 using the new (and unstable) form technology:

  • previous stable versions:

Browser support

The form may work in Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome, but probably not in Internet Explorer.

When I searched online for existing citation tools, I found this one for APA Citations, which is very nice.
